Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website hosting, domain registration, email, website design, marketing and security services (the "Services") provided by GrabbyHost, a part of Grabby Group FZE LLC ("GrabbyHost," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.
1. Your Account
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register or place an order, and keep it up to date. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. Services We Provide
We provide shared, WordPress and cloud hosting; domain registration and transfers; professional email; website design and website builder tools; SEO and digital marketing services; and SSL certificates and website security services. The specific features, resources and limits of each plan are as described on our website and order pages at the time you purchase.
3. Payment, Billing & Renewals
- Fees are due as shown at checkout and on your invoice. Recurring services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We don't store full card numbers on our own servers.
- If a payment fails or an invoice becomes overdue, we may suspend the related service until payment is received.
- Prices may change for future billing cycles; we'll give reasonable notice before a price change affects your renewal.
4. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase — contact us within that window for a refund if you're not satisfied. Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, and any third-party or add-on services (SSL certificates once issued, licensed software, and similar) are generally non-refundable once activated, as these carry their own real, non-recoverable costs to us. Refund requests outside these terms are considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Service Level & Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime for hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance (which we aim to schedule at low-traffic times and communicate in advance where practical) and events outside our reasonable control. This is a service commitment, not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Host or distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights
- Send spam, or engage in phishing, fraud, or other abusive or deceptive practices
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account, or interfere with the security or normal operation of our infrastructure or other customers' services
- Use shared resources in a way that degrades service for other customers (each plan has associated resource limits, described on our order pages)
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including content removal or service suspension, as described in Section 8.
7. Domain Registration
Domain registrations and transfers are subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant registry, in addition to these Terms. You're responsible for keeping your domain's registrant (WHOIS) information accurate, renewing your domain before it expires, and complying with the applicable registry's rules. We are not responsible for the loss of a domain due to expired registration, inaccurate contact information, or a failed renewal payment.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, a violation of these Terms (including the Acceptable Use section above), or where required by law or a domain registry/registrar. You may cancel your services at any time through your client area or by contacting us; fees already paid are handled according to Section 4.
9. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you host or publish through our Services. You're solely responsible for that content and for having the rights to use it. GrabbyHost's own branding, website, and platform are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party providers — payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), sign-in (Google Sign-In), spam/abuse prevention (reCAPTCHA), domain registries/registrars, and optional add-ons (such as Weebly, SiteLock, CodeGuard, SpamExperts, and Xovinow where you choose to add them). Your use of those features is also subject to that provider's own terms.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrabbyHost disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GrabbyHost harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and significant changes will be communicated through our website or your account. Continuing to use our Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
