• Service and support data — support tickets, messages, and any files or information you share with our team while we assist you.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website and client area use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as dark/light mode and currency), secure your session, and understand how our site is used. 4. Third-Party Services We Use

We work with the following categories of third-party providers to deliver our services. Each processes the information necessary to perform its function, under its own privacy policy:

• Billing & account platform: our client area and order system runs on WHMCS.
• Payment processing: Stripe and PayPal process card and online payments.
• Sign-in: Google Sign-In, if you choose to use it, to create or access your account.
• Spam & abuse prevention: reCAPTCHA, to help protect our forms from automated abuse.
• Domain registration: our accredited domain registrar partners, to register, transfer and manage domain names.
• Optional add-on services: where you choose to add them to your order, providers such as Weebly (website builder), SiteLock (website security), CodeGuard (backups), SpamExperts (email filtering) and Xovinow receive the information necessary to provision that specific add-on.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Domain WHOIS Information

If you register or transfer a domain name through us, ICANN and the relevant domain registry require certain registrant information to be collected and, depending on the top-level domain and any WHOIS privacy/proxy service you select, may require some of that information to be publicly listed in the WHOIS database. Where a WHOIS privacy option is available and selected, your personal details are replaced with the privacy service's contact details in the public record.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only:

• With the third-party service providers described in Section 4, to the extent needed to deliver the service you requested
• With domain registries/registrars, as required to register or manage a domain
• Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a public authority
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of GrabbyHost, our customers, or others, including to prevent fraud or security threats
• If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including tax, accounting and domain registry requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
