Email Security for Australian Businesses Across Inbound, Outbound and Archiving.

Email security solutions protect or preserve different parts of the email flow. Incoming filtering focuses on messages arriving at your domain, outgoing filtering checks mail being sent from the protected environment, and email archiving keeps a retrievable record of messages where that service is included.

SpamExperts is an email-security and archiving platform that provides incoming filtering, outgoing filtering and email archiving services. GrabbyHost offers the applicable SpamExperts products through its WHMCS MarketConnect commercial system.

SpamExperts Incoming Filtering is designed to identify unwanted and malicious inbound email, including spam, phishing, malware, ransomware and virus-related threats before approved mail is forwarded to the destination mail server.

Outgoing filtering helps identify spam or abusive messages leaving an email environment. This can help detect compromised accounts and reduce the risk that unwanted outbound mail damages the reputation of the sending infrastructure.

Email Archiving preserves encrypted copies of messages for later search, retrieval and recovery where archiving is included in the product. It can also support business retention or compliance workflows, but the service itself does not automatically guarantee legal compliance.

Yes. Incoming filtering needs the domain's mail routing to pass through the SpamExperts filtering service before approved messages are forwarded to the destination mail server. For supported cPanel accounts, WHMCS MarketConnect can automate the required MX-record configuration.

No. SpamExperts is an email-security and archiving layer. Incoming filtering normally sits in front of the existing destination mail service, while outgoing filtering and archiving add their own functions around the mail flow. Your mailbox or mail-server service remains a separate part of the setup.

Start with the problem you need to solve. Choose Incoming Filtering when protecting mail arriving at your domain is the priority, Outgoing Filtering when abusive outbound traffic and sending reputation matter, and an archiving combination when preserving email history is required. Use a combined product when you genuinely need more than one of those layers.
