GrabbyHost occasionally runs promotions and discount codes for new orders and renewals. Here's where to enter one and a few things to know about how discounts apply.

Applying a Coupon at Checkout

Add the product or service you want to order to your cart (a hosting plan, domain, VPS, or add-on).
On the cart/order summary page, look for the Promo Code or Coupon Code field.
Enter the code exactly as provided (codes are usually case-sensitive) and click Apply or Validate Code.
If the code is valid, the discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete checkout.

Applying a Coupon to an Existing Service

Some renewal-specific promo codes can be applied from an existing invoice or at the renewal stage rather than at initial signup. If a code is intended for renewals, check the invoice for a coupon field, or open a support ticket with the code and your service/invoice details and our billing team can verify and apply it.

Common Reasons a Code Doesn't Work

Expired code – promo codes have an expiration date after which they're no longer valid.
Product restrictions – a code may only apply to specific products (for example, shared hosting only, or new orders only, not renewals).
One-time use – some codes can only be redeemed once per customer or per account.
Minimum term requirements – certain discounts only apply to annual or multi-year billing cycles, not monthly.
Typos – double-check the code for extra spaces or incorrect capitalization.
