Ready to get a new hosting plan, add a domain, or order an extra service? Here's how to place an order through the GrabbyHost client area, from picking a plan to checkout.
Step 1: Choose Your Plan
- Go to the GrabbyHost website and open the Hosting menu, or visit the client area store directly.
- Browse the available hosting plans and click Order Now on the one that fits your needs.
- Select your billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.) — longer cycles are usually discounted.
Step 2: Add a Domain
During checkout you'll be asked how you want to handle your domain:
- Register a New Domain – search for and register a brand-new domain name.
- Transfer My Domain – move a domain you already own to GrabbyHost.
- I Will Use My Existing Domain – keep your domain where it is and simply point it to GrabbyHost later.
Step 3: Configure Your Package
Review any configurable options for the plan (such as extra add-ons) and click Continue.
Step 4: Review Your Order
Check your cart summary — plan, billing cycle, domain, and any add-ons — and enter a promo code here if you have one. Click Checkout when everything looks right.
Step 5: Complete Checkout
- If you don't have an account yet, fill in your contact details to create one. Returning customers can simply log in.
- Review the Terms of Service and check the confirmation box.
- Choose your payment method and complete payment.
Once payment is confirmed, your new service is set up automatically and your account details are emailed to you.
