GrabbyX Suite is GrabbyHost's business email and productivity add-on: business email on your own domain, plus a shared calendar and contacts, bundled into one subscription. Add the Productivity tier and you also get cloud file storage and online document, spreadsheet and presentation tools. It's a good fit if you want your team working from professional @yourdomain.com addresses with the everyday tools (calendar, contacts, files, documents) connected to the same account, instead of piecing together separate services.
Two Plans, One Foundation
Both GrabbyX Suite plans share the same communication foundation. The difference is what's added on top:
- GrabbyX Suite App (business email essentials) – business email on your domain, calendar and contacts, webmail plus compatible desktop/mobile email apps, and built-in anti-spam and anti-virus protection.
- GrabbyX Suite App + Productivity – everything in the base plan, plus cloud file storage and online documents, spreadsheets and presentations for your team to create and share.

Before You Start
You need a domain you own to use GrabbyX Suite, since your business email address is built on it. You can use a domain you already registered elsewhere, as long as you can update its DNS/mail records, or a domain registered through GrabbyHost.
How to Get Started
- Choose GrabbyX Suite App or GrabbyX Suite App + Productivity on the GrabbyX Suite page and complete checkout.
- Follow the setup instructions in your GrabbyHost client account to point your domain's mail records to GrabbyX Suite.
- Create mailboxes for yourself and your team, then log in to webmail or connect a desktop/mobile email app.
- If you ordered the Productivity tier, start using the included cloud storage and online document tools from the same workspace.
Good to Know
Cloud file storage and the online document, spreadsheet and presentation tools are only included with the Productivity tier — the base GrabbyX Suite App plan covers email, calendar and contacts only. If you're not sure which plan you need, start with the base plan and upgrade later if your team needs shared files and online documents.
