Getting Started with GrabbyHost

Welcome to GrabbyHost.

This guide will help you understand the first steps after creating your account and show you where to manage your hosting, domains, email, billing, and support.

Log in to your GrabbyHost account.

• Go to the GrabbyHost client area and sign in using the email address and password connected to your account.
• From your dashboard, you can access your active services, domains, invoices, support tickets, and account settings.

Check your active services.

• Open Services to see the hosting or cloud products attached to your account.
• Select a service to view its current status, billing cycle, renewal date, and available management options.
• Depending on the product, you may also see shortcuts for cPanel, WordPress, server management, or related hosting tools.

Connect or register your domain.

If you already own a domain, you can either:

• transfer it to GrabbyHost, or
• keep it with your current registrar and point it to your GrabbyHost hosting service.

If you need a new domain, use the Domain Search page to check availability and register one. After registration or transfer, your domain can be managed from the Domains section of your account.

Set up your website.

Once your hosting and domain are ready, you can start building your website.

Your available options depend on the service you purchased, but may include:

• WordPress installation
• cPanel access
• website file management
• databases
• email accounts
• SSL certificates
• backups

If your plan includes WordPress hosting, WordPress may already be installed or available through a quick setup option.

Create your professional email.

If email service is included with your plan, or purchased separately, you can create addresses using your own domain, such as you@yourbusiness.com.

Use your hosting or email management area to create mailboxes and access the required setup information.

Check SSL and website security.

Make sure SSL is active so your website loads securely over HTTPS. You can also review any security, backup, monitoring, or malware-protection features included with your service.

Review your billing and renewals.

Go to the Billing or Invoices area to review:

• current invoices
• payment status
• renewal dates
• billing cycles
• payment methods

Keeping your billing information up to date helps avoid interruptions to your services.
