360 Monitoring is GrabbyHost's website and server monitoring add-on. It watches things from the outside (is your website responding?) and, on server plans, from the inside (is the server itself healthy?) and alerts you when something needs attention — instead of you or a customer discovering a problem by accident.

Website Monitoring vs. Server Monitoring

These answer two different questions, and 360 Monitoring plans are split accordingly:

  • Website monitoring runs from the 360 Monitoring cloud service with no software to install. It checks whether your website or a specific endpoint responds successfully (HTTP/HTTPS, TCP or ICMP checks depending on the plan), and can review response and connection timing so you notice performance changes.
  • Server monitoring requires installing the 360 Monitoring server agent on the machine you want to monitor. It tracks internal metrics such as CPU, memory, disk usage and load — the kind of detail an external check can't see.

An external check can tell you a website is unavailable or slow. Server metrics can help explain why. They're complementary, not interchangeable.

Plans at a Glance

  • Lite (free) – 1 website monitor with email-only alerts. A no-cost starting point.
  • Personal – 1 website monitor with multi-channel alerting and Full Site Check.
  • Plus – 3 website monitors, a 60-second monitoring interval, and deeper Full Site Check capability.
  • Advanced – 10 website monitors for higher-capacity website monitoring.
  • Pro – 1 server monitor using the agent-based workflow, a starting point for server-health visibility.
  • Business – server-focused monitoring for larger workloads with concurrent and recurring scheduled crawls.
  • Enterprise – the highest currently enabled tier, for larger server and operational monitoring needs.

Alerts

Depending on your plan, alerts can be delivered by email, SMS, Slack, Telegram or Pushbullet. Notification timing depends on the monitoring interval and the alert channel you've configured, so check which channels your plan supports before relying on a specific one.

Getting Started

  1. Decide whether you need website monitoring, server monitoring, or both, then choose a plan on the 360 Monitoring page.
  2. For website monitoring, add the website or endpoint you want checked — no installation required.
  3. For server monitoring, install the 360 Monitoring server agent on the machine you want to track.
  4. Configure your monitor type, check interval and alert channels, then review monitoring history and dashboards regularly.

Good to Know

Monitoring tells you when something needs attention — it doesn't fix the problem or protect your site by itself. Pair it with CodeGuard (backup, so you can restore) and SiteLock (malware scanning and removal) for a fuller picture, and keep a valid SSL certificate in place for encrypted connections.
